Event Guidelines

Thank you for considering CTP ministries. We are passionate about what we do and look forward to working with you.
Our policy regarding our programs is to consider each opportunity prayerfully. In most cases, we will ask your organization to cover travel expenses (airfare, hotel, meals, etc.) for Del Hampton and/or other members of the Chicken Tuesday staff, as well as, provide an appropriate honorarium. In addition, provide two tables for us to offer resources to those attending the event. Cost of materials for VBS programming may also be required.
We do not want fees to prevent us from ministering to your group. If financial constraints are an issue, we ask that you pray about the matter, and let us know your budget. It may also be possible to have a local business or individuals who are willing to “sponsor” your event.
